After a sold out showcase held during the 2011 Amsterdam Dance Event, this year’s Winter Music Conference (WMC) in collaboration with the hot and legendary Miami venue Eve Nightclub will be the centre of sophisticated clubbing on the 20th of March, when Darkstar takes over the venue and programs 7,5 hours of solid deep house and tech house sets. M.A.N.D.Y. vs Adultnapper - Kindling

M.A.N.D.Y. & Adulnapper team up again to bring ’Kindling’ via Get Physical. A two track EP, including a John Tejada remix, ’Kindling’ aspires to please late night Funk addicts.
The original M.A.N.D.Y. vs. Adultnapper mix reflects a deep Funk feel, with heavy kicks and piano keys with a Jazz rhythm. The build is slow, but steady. Taking us further to explode with vocal wonders of groove. And all at once, the 'aha' effect is achieved, leaving us with a deep warmth and ready for more.
John Tejada's remix emits a deeper glow of electronic intensity. Like a dream of the night the melody flutters along, bringing us like moths to a light. The vocals wash over and spill over the mix, bringing a new level of ambiance before taking a dive into the center of the machine. A track with a great vibe dance floors were meant for.

REVIEW: Sensetive5 - Festival EP out on Unearthed Subliminal

Sensetive5 - Festival EP
1.Festival (Original Mix)
2. Full Access (Original Mix)

Returning to Unearthed, this time on Subliminal is Alexander Sokolov aka Sensetive5 with an awesome 2 track EP. Festival is the first of the duo and is a banging piece of progressive which features a stabby lead synth and a gorgeous atmospheric breakdown.

On the flipside is the darker sounding Full Access. Building up with a grungy bassline and delicate intro melodies the track drops into a pad driven breakdown complemented by a beautiful lead before dropping into a huge techy lead.

Interview with Loolacoma

Interview with Loolacoma about her album Animam out on Moonbeam Digital.Interview with Loolacoma about her album Animam out on Moonbeam Digital.
Sketch of an evolution.  “The resistance against outer forces first collapsed upon creation of the first sound”  Year 2008. The track “7 seconds” was created in conjunction with Moonbeam in a moment of clarity, when previous memories were forgotten for a split second and the present was the only conscious thought. This moment was the test for all and the underlying foundation and beginning of the evolution. The compositions are seeking the deeper meaning of existence. This musical quest resulted in tracks like “Storm of Clouds”, “We Are In Words”, “The Lilt”, and others.  “Introspection Attempts” and “Doors Opened Inside” were the first attempts to discover her inner self. This discovery was the beginning of her artistic compositions, music made with her own hands.
