Tomorrowland, the worlds leading electronic dance music festival celebrated its 10th anniversary with two stunning weekends packed with fantastic dj sets, excellent decorations, outstanding stage design, and the most technologically advanced light effects and lazer shows. The recreational part De Shore in Boom near Antwerp in Belgium for two weekends was transformed into a magnificent mythical world that fantasy co-exist with incredible music played by the worlds biggest djs. What is more Tomorrowland is a whole experience that includes even the most delicious dishes prepared from Belgium's finest chef's. While the 1st weekend was litteraly super hot with temperature that reached 31 celsius the 2nd weekend was not so sunny but more cloudy and not so warm as well. The result was to be able to walk around the festival and dance along with your friends without worring about the intense sunshine so much.
The line up on the 2nd weekend was 80% the same as the 1st weekend with some minor alterations and some fantastic additions. One of them was MaRLo who played only on the 2nd weekend at the Trance Addict stage. Despite playing quite early his stage was packed and the crowd loved each and every single track he played to them with so much passion and energy behind the decks. We requested an interview and we are super glad that MaRLo has found the time to talk to us. In the interview that you can watch right now MaRLo talks about his dj set at Tomorrowland and he tell us his opinion about the 10th years anniversary of the festival. He explains what specific the "MaRLo" sound includes and he chooses his best tracks from his career so far. Also he speaks about his wife Jano who delivers stunning vocals on many of his tracks and he reveals the process of working together in the studio. He describes his studio set up and confesses how many hours he can stay continuously in the studio to produce his music. He talks about Australia and the trance scene there and he reveals the future tracks that he is going to release very soon! It's definitely worth watching!
