Entering the year as a global festival staple and a fresh addition to the DJ Mag Top 100, it has been far from a quiet year for Breda’s DANNIC. Having dominated the year as early as Miami with his essential vocal anthem “Dear Life,” the Bright Light’s collaboration receives a formal remix package from a handful of the globe’s hottest big room properties on offer. Dutch duo Bassjackers kick things off with their own rave primed offering, bringing festival fundamentals to the original’s uplifting core. For Californian bass master Lucky Date’s take on the track, huge melodic progressions and an epic big room climax bring “Dear Life” into the progressive world, leaving Blasterz gritty electro hallmarks and huge charge of peak time energy time sign-off this killer package. Extending the shelf life of an essential installment for DANNIC and Revealed alike, it takes only the cream of the label’s budding crop to bring “Dear Life” back into the spotlight for the final streak of 2014.

Dimitri Kechagias review: One of the biggest Revealed recordings anthems for the summer festivals was Dear Life by Dannic featuring the exceptional vocals by Bright Lights. The three new remixes added in the package will extend our addiction with this magical track. First of all Bassjackers stay faithful to their established style so you can expect booming hard basslines, tough meaty drum beats and fantastic breakdown with the full vocal supported by wide variety of synthy plucks that create the very nice atmosphere before the manic main synthy lead comes in to drive the track to its headbanging rough and aggressive drop that is one of the most uplifting we have heard so far from the unstoppable Dutch mega duo Bassjackers. If you want to taste something a bit darker, harder and bitter, you must play the Lucky Date remix that will splash energy all over the place. Heavier sharp hardstyle drop packed with interesting arrangement techniques that keep the clubbers dancing non stop without even taking a breath. Epic and truly anthemic themes in the breakdown lead the proceedings to the stunning head crushing bone smashing climax. Last but not least Blasterz deliver the electro house alternative version with aggressive electrified basslines, pumping and shaking meaty grooves while the breakdown is sweet with the emotional vocals and cinematic string followed by the happy uplifting euphoric little sequence that lasts for short time until the heavy drop to return to drive the crowds insane to say the least! Three must have party stomping anthems of one of the best progressive house vocal anthems of the year! #PureBassPower Love It
